Yes — when labeled pet-safe, the plants are considered non-toxic to cats and dogs according to current horticultural knowledge.

That said, every pet is different. We always recommend placing plants out of reach if your pet likes to chew — not because the plant is dangerous, but because plants (and pets) both deserve peace.

Your plant is shipped fresh from the grower, carefully packaged to reduce stress and damage. Because plants are living things, minor variations are normal, but if something isn’t right, we’ll address it fairly and clearly.

You won’t be left wondering what to do next.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

But of course, it can happen that something goes wrong. We are here to help and find a suitable solution together.

Plants are living products and highly sensitive to environmental conditions such as light, humidity, and watering. These factors are beyond our control.

That’s why we cannot accept complaints in the following situations:

• The plant has been in your home for more than 14 days
• The plant has been repotted (This means: removed from its original nursery pot and placed into another pot or container)
• No clear photos of the plant in its original condition upon arrival were provided

To evaluate your complaint properly, it's essential to send photos immediately after delivery, showing the plant in its original condition.

Even if we cannot offer a refund or replacement in the above cases, we’re still happy to support you with plant care tips and advice. Our team is here to help your plant thrive!
